Hi da_elf,
it would be easier to help you if you would give more context of what you want to do.
I don't have a Windows Machine to test, so I am of little help there. Maybe someone with a PC Win7 could try the stack and tell us if it works.
Kind regards
Bernd

Hi da_elf,
I finally looked at Quality Control Center at bug
http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11502
from an entry by Paul Hibbert there:
You might try the latest from the pre-refactoring series: 6.6.5 and see if it works.
Kind regards
Bernd

So it seems that when you get 0,0,0 it is a bug in the 6.5.x series.I can also confirm this bug in LC 6.5.x where the mouseColor returns incorrect values on Mac OS X, but on Windows 7 in LC 6.5.x, the mouseColor returns 0,0,0 regardless of the colour below the mouse pointer <

OSX 10.7 standalone OK
OSX 10.8 standalone: Machine 1 OK and Machine 2 (machine 2 is an image of Machine 1 !!!)
Is there someone who can explain these last results ?

Re: Mousecolor weirdness and losing hair!
Hi All,
I don't remember if we have got a way to work around mousecolor on iOS.
I played with a Bernd's (thanks again) script and I found a way for iOS
Although I noticed some stranges results it work for an "Answer color" goal on iOS
It works with LC 7.0.5, iOS 8.4
Best regards
