LiveCode 5.5.3 and XCode 4.5

I'm running into a bit of a conundrum, and perhaps I just don't understand the combinations properly.

If I have LiveCode 5.5.3 and Xcode 4.4.1, I can't create standalone apps because it says:
"Performing iOS arvm v7 (or universal) device builds requires the iOS 6.0 SDK platform to be installed (available with Xcode 4.5 or later)"

If I uninstall XCode 4.4.1 and install LiveCode 4.5.1, then I get a very similar error saying it requires the iOS 5.1 SDK platform.

So...what is the proper combination to get LiveCode 5.5.3 working with XCode in order to be able to save standalone applications for an iOS 6 device?

Much thanks in advance for helping a newer user!

Exactly the same experience here. Sounds like something is broken...

Simlpy you MUST have both and you have to specify both inside "Preferences -> Mobile Support" of LiveCode. ;)

Yes, it is now easy to have all of them. Keep your old Xcode 4.2 (a folder at root level), install Xcode 4.4.1 as an app (in the Applications folder) and install also Xcode 4.5.1 as an app with of course different names.

Then in LC preferences, add all three of them, thanks to the new interface in LC 5.5.3. The little square will become green.
I juste posted an iPad app on the store and it worked flawlessly, including all simulators.

On Apple developer site you can download old versions of Xcode. Just register there, if you are not
