Clever Net Worth iPad app Submitted to Apple

Post by jgbrindle » Sat Oct 29, 2011 11:24 pm

My first iPad app was submitted to the nice people at Apple last night. It has been developed using Live Code 5 and MobGUI. If anyone is interested, have a quick look at the support site. My home site is at cleverinfo.co and the product is the link through to Clever Net Worth (sorry, the forum won't let me include the direct URL).

It has been an exciting time writing this...actually did it 3 times. First tried with straight Objective C, then Live Code, then a total rewrite with MobGUI. It is now coded with relative referencing through out so I should be able to release the next version easily on iPhones as well. Just need to do some testing.

Anyway, here is hoping Apple are kind and give the big thumbs up. And to anyone struggling to finish their own project - hang in there. The feeling is wonderful once you hit that big Submit button.

Clever Net Worth iPad approved and available

Post by jgbrindle » Fri Nov 04, 2011 1:32 pm

I am extremely proud to announce that my very first iPad app "Clever Net Worth" has been approved and is now available from the app store.  If you are interested, you should find it by searching for the app name. It may take up to a day to make it onto some international stores.

Follow the App Support link if you would like further info about it from the Web site.

I've almost nearly completed the next update to it which adds multiple Net Worth Histories (e.g. One for work accounts and one for personal etc).  This of course will be a free upgrade once it is released.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know.
