Hello,
Can I develop iOS mobile app on MacOS 11.X (Big Sur)?
According to the release note of LC 9.6.2, MacOS 10.15 is the latest OS version LC supports.
I haven't update my Mac to the 11.x Big Sur because of this concern.
Please advice, Thank you for your time!
Louis

Hello Louis,
Yes, you can develop iOS apps on Big Sur. You'll need Xcode 12.1 if you are using LC 9.6.2, i.e. the same combination as in Catalina.
We will update the release notes.
Kind regards,
Panos

Re: 11.x BigSur
Hi All,,
First tries compilation for iOS with big sur, xCode 12.5.. using
iOS-SpeechSynthetizer extension.
On iPad iOS 13.1.2
App crash at first call iOS-SpeechSynthetizer extension for a testflght version (bêta and distribution profile) but works fine with a development profile).
One partner with a newer iPad tell me it works fine.
Edit: It seems that is only on my iPad
One more works fine on iOS 10.3.3.
Any hint about this ?
Thanks in advance
Kind regards
Jean-Marc
