Do i need to buy livecode commercial to publish the app to ios? if so, which version?

If you are a student you can get the $25 Membership if not the $99 Membership

If you want to publish a bunch on apps then you can use the Commercial Indy licence @ $299

Hi meixingm - as to which version of LiveCode, currently (as of 19th December 2014) I believe the best option is to go with LiveCode 6.6.5 as this handles Xcode 6.1.1 and iOS 8 and is more stable than the more advanced LiveCode 6.7 and 7.0 versions (both of which currently are 'release candidates')
