Livecode 8.1.4 RC2 late update: what's happening?

I have been waiting for a month now for this update that, at least for me since nobody else is complaining, is essential.

It is all about saving stack and cards: 8 > 8.1.3 is crashing in one part of my development and 8.1.4RC1 is crashing in another part.
So I have been stack for 30 days now! Usually new release time is shorter.

I understand that bugs are difficult to pinpoint, but those regarding saving cards and stack should not be postponed for grouping them with other not so relevant problems.
I think.
What is going on?

Regards
Trevix

They may be working on it. What's the bug report number?

Hi all,

Currently there are two regression bugs blocking 8.1.4 RC2: (19635 and 19587)

The full list of bugs that will be fixed in 8.1.4 RC2 is the following.

http://quality.livecode.com/buglist.cgi ... 8.1.4-rc-2

Moreover, 8.1.4 RC2 will include support for building with Xcode8.3.x and a new build of tsNet.

So, assuming that no new 8.1.4 regressions will arrive, I would expect 8.1.4 RC2 to be released in the next 10 days.

Best,
Panos
