could you please remove old announcements?

This is not really an announcement but...there are numerous really outdated "announcements". Could those be removed, please, in order to simplify finding the relevent recent ones?

Hi,

I somewhat agree with this request. Personally, I believe that announcements in an announcements thread aren't supposed to the sticky, because the thread itself is sufficiently stucky.

Why not just disable sticky announcements?
