In this case, the website contains mostly links to relevant websites along with very short tips.

They have a very nicely organized homepage with a list of the topics covered and a paragraph explanation on what is covered under each topic. On choosing one topic, you get a list of relevant websites. Click on one of the item on the list redirects you to that website.

Topics involve Beta testing, localization, distribution, marketing, resellers, publishers, conferences, piracy, and many others
