Rolling My Own - Bloody-Minded To The End

and I know why I'm doing it!
As I am rolling my own I, and I alone, am responsible for the code and any nasty glitches along the way. Quite frankly I would rather fall over in my own "muck" than somebody else's - mainly because I know how my reasonong processes go; and designing a game is rather a strange process, combining both hemispheres of the brain.
