How to run a 32 bit linux deployment on a new raspberry pi 4 debian?

You guys may not know, but the new Raspberry Pi 4b is a monster machine smaller than a cigarette pack.
It has a quad core processor, 4 USB 3 slots, 4gb of ram, two HDMI slots and can even have 64 bit linux distros installed on it.
Right now, I am running the raspian debian graphics version (like windows) but the micro-sd card I bought was a 128gb
32 bit version formatted as fat32.
I copied a deployed linux 32 and 64 bit desktop software I compiled onto a usb thumb drive and copied it to the pi.
It required executive privileges, so after giving it executive privileges, running it does nothing.
The program has a stack and a bunch of cards. I am using TSNet quite a bit, as well as encryption, CEF browser, etc. However,
I don't even see the initial card - nothing happens.
How can I get a livecode linux 32 bit (and later 64 bit - I am installing a new micro-sd card with Ubuntu 20.xx 64 bit with
gnome desktop, but that's another story) to work?
Are there dependencies I need to install to make it work?
