Non-Stack Files Missing

Is anyone having difficulties wit non-stack files not being included in the built application? I've got my resource folders selected under the "Copy Files" tab, but when I build my application for Mac they are not included. Digging into the .app bundle I can find the folders, but they are empty. If I manually replace them with the folders from my source directories everything works fine though...

The simulator finds files by reference, and empty folders is the norm. If you're building by clicking the Test button, then you'll get empty folders. I've been doing that all day and my files are found okay. Can you give an example of one of the paths you're using? Make sure you're referencing everything from specialFolderPath("engine").
