animation builder related

now i know that the Animation Builder is now an unsupported part of Runtime Revolution and is only included for backwards compatibility but can somebody give me a brief discussion on how to use this feature? i would just like to see it in action... if anybody would be kind enough, please do so.. a sample stack might even be better!
