revVideoGrabber problems

Has anyone manged to get the revVideoGrabber working reliably ?

I can get it to work in Win7, but seems very unstable and does not always work.

I gave up a long time ago, since I never got this working on windows, neither with QuickTime nor VideoForWindows.
Sorry for the bad news, but multimedia support still sucks in Livecode
