Is there a good App Store for Windows 7

Does anyone have experience with an App Store for Windows 7? I have an app I'm working on and the Mac App Store, Apple iOS App Store, and any one of the Android apps stores will be fine.

The Microsoft store is only for Windows 8. Intel has an app store that is supposed to work for Win7 but I don't know anyone who has used it.

This software will be inexpensive so I want to avoid the installation and licensing hassle of doing it myself.

What is the experience with LiveCode and the Microsoft Windows 8 app store?
