Does anyone know of a .dll to interface LC with an Omron CJ2M EIP21 in an Ethernet/IP protocol?

Looking for an external to take a message packet I read from the port and then I pass it to the .dll and it translates discrete IO items that have just changed value into a HEX format in the array I read from the port from an Omron CJ2M EIP 21 based protocol Then it takes a SVG message in ASCII and translates it into a command packet array and passes it to LC so I can write it to the port. Anyone seen anything like this?
