Hi,
My apologies if this is already covered or if this is not the right place to ask, but as someone new to the LiveCode environment coming to it through the Kickstarter campaign I am looking at all the ways it can be leveraged internally at our non-profit organization when it is available in an open source format.
Will the Server component be made available as well? That would really increase how we could apply it internally.
Thanks for your consideration,
-Steve

Re: Server in open source release?
Apparently "March" is when the "as-is" source code will be released, so I would look towards the end of the month, or even in April (unless they have it all ready to go)..
I believe the server code is to be released as well, but not able to find anything specific saying yes or no (there was one mention of it on the KickStarter page, so I am going to assume it is to be included as well)..http://www.runrev.com/products/what-now wrote:We expect that you will be able to download this and start using it for free before the end of March.
