HyperRESEARCH is a tool for macOS and Windows for conducting qualitative research. Originally built in HyperCard in the late 1980's, Researchware, Inc. was formed in 1991 to sell he tool commercially. The research tool has moved from HyperCard (macOS) and Toolbook (Windows) to SuperCard (macOS) and SuperCard for Windows (beta) (Windows) to MetaCard (macOS and Windows) to Revolution to Livecode. The current release (as of this post) is version 4.5.5 and is build under Livecode 9.6.9.
HyperRESEARCH has a bit over 100,000 lines of Livecode script. It uses almost every feature of Livecode somewhere in the application in its support of coding text, images, PDFs, and digital audio and video).
