Looking for LC programmer to take over project in Germany

The last 5 years I have developed a database Management System in LC with very advanced and specific parts for detailed bookings, invoicing, planning and CRM management.
This project is now ready for implementation.
Because I am already retired (74), I am looking for a LC developer, team, company, who can take over the project in the near future.
The idea is that there will be a transition periode of 3 to 5 years, where I will gradually step down.
The fee for maintenance and new developments are basically 45 euro per hour.
The client is situated in Germany. I am in the Netherlands.
Advanced knowledge of LC and mySQL is necessary.
There are very good possibillities for expansion.
The client has expressed his wish to become the owner of the software and he will then do worldwide marketing. But everything will be open for discussion.
