windows app was compiled the header - card notes is missing

Hi
When creating the notes app I had the following occur:
The header on the card not only changed the one icon to text, the done text shows.
The icon for back showed despite text being selected.
When the windows app was compiled the entire header on card notes was missing.
I am using Livecode 8.00 Indy with Windows 10.
