Umlaut capitals

Post by GregWills » Mon Nov 05, 2018 1:56 am

Hi All

I am having trouble getting a capital letter character such as Ü to appear in a HTML5 build. If the word is at the top of the paragraph, then the 'double dots' are a line above the letter. If there is a line of text above the word, then there are no 'double dots'.

Lower case letters - ü - are fine.

I'm using Arial in LC 9.0.0. This is not an issue in the standalone.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Greg

Did you try to add the font in the standalone settings?
May be the HTMl5 standalone uses the fallback font (which is incomplete).
shiftLock happens

Ahh, I love it when things work :-)

Thanks -hh for your suggestion. I have been playing with this testing other fonts, but hadn't added arial. Works perfectly now. Sweet.
