Any providers offering direct DB read access to GPS data ?

Hi ppl,
Wondering if among all companies offering GPS fleet tracking some could allow a DB connection reading access usefull to build a client with LC.
*Most provide their own client app or some webpage access that are not as usefull if one wants to download GPS DB content with some automated regular basis.
