the url should be:
put "ftp://username:password@ourftps.ourftps ... 90/folder/"

-- Explicit FTPS URLs still start with ftp:// ... NOT with ftps://

-- Enable TLS for explicit FTPS
put true into tSettings["use_ssl"]
