referenced controls in revlet file?

Hi!

I am trying to save my application as a revlet file and I am getting a blank page as a first screen in the test file. Does this have to do with all my buttons having icons that are referenced images? Do I need to preload in memory all my images?

Is there an easier way to deploy a web application if the standalone application always works fine but the web file doesn't?
