Livecode wifi app coms with esp32wrover

I am about to create a server on an esp32wrover to receive data sent or received by my PC running livecode. My livecode skills are very rusty and a pointer to something similar in livecode would help a lot.in the past I wrote code using url to access files and write them over the internet but the code has been lost. Any advice or code links would be appreciated. The data would be .jpg or .bmp or .txt at this stage. Thanks.
