Wrong cursor position in fields

I'm sorry to bounce off the opposite goal of this post (at the same time it is related somewhere), but is anyone know a solution to this recurring problem with all LiveCode versions: the cursor is offset from the actual insertion point with a long line of text if options fixedLineHeight and dontWrap are set to false.

With your example, by disabling fixedLineHeight, dontWrap and creating a long line here is the result:

The LiveCode field is completely unusable in this case. But this is indispensable if we want to offer the user a field to enter long sentences or paragraphs with the ability to insert images in his text.
