Dictionary problem -- LC8 (dp13)

Dictionary problem -- LC8 (dp13)

When I open the Dictionary in LC8 (dp13), the fields in the window do not open to fill it. Instead they fill only the top three-quarters of the window. This is not an overwhelming problem for the dictionary entries because that field has scroll bars, however the "tags" field on the left does not scroll, and there is no way to access the bottom portion of the tags.
