Eyes follow cursor

Post by capellan » Wed Mar 20, 2019 1:51 am

Hi All,

Recently, Klaus asked for a stack
that shows two eyes following the
cursor. Check this sample stack.

Surely you could find a simpler
and faster way to do the same.

In this sample stack, you could
make invisible both red marks.

You are welcome! :)

By the way, you could set the line weight
of both red marks to zero, instead of
making them invisible.

Using a circle for setting the angle was
needed, although would be clearer to
use a single line with just two coordinates...
but lines do not have an angle property
so it would require a few more calculations
to set the correct line length for each angle.

Check this new version 03 that shows eyes
that track the mouse independently.

Hi Al,

yep, I already "pimped" your first version to create real "cross-eyes" like obviously in your second version. :D

Best

Yes, but did you also make it so if you move the cursor across the middle of an eye, the pupil follows it there?

Does anyone want to post an enhanced version
using eyes and photos from real subjects? :D
