Clock with rotating svg widgets as hands

Hi All,

In another thread. Richmond asked about how he could use
a SVG widget to build a clock. We could use the SVG Multicolor
widget for this purpose:

The stack attached to this thread could works as starting point
for building a new svg widget clock project.
