I don't have much experience with revMedia. With the little I know, in its current format, revMedia bundles all templates within a single file. The source behind the templates is not available to revMedia users. When the user relies on the template to produce a slideshow, then yes, the rev file that contains this slideshow has the code visible. (please somebody correct me if this statement is wrong).

When I created iTunes Library Suite I made sure that every command and function had both a couple of written examples and one that could be executed without having to write any code. I put the Lab area into the documentation stack alongside the commands and examples. I felt that this was the best way to learn how this library could be used and explained.
