Re: Rpi or maybe another board
The GPIB pins should be the same as far as I know. But for the rest you have to google it. I have an Odroid C2 and there was only Android 6 avaiable ad use it as a TV setopbox and became to slow due to app updates, swapped it for a Xiaomi TX3 TV box, cheaper and much faster, more memory, Android 9 3...

Re: Android Studio - Additional JDK not needed (Solution to Java is none error)
Take a look at B4A how beautiful they integrated this sh*t in their 100% free program (also for commercial use). Install Java JDK, install Android Studio, start B4X and add/upate all needed sdk from within, no need to open Android Studio. LC could win so much users by making it even more easier, sam...

Works the same as on a phone.
Most video output on these platforms is rotated 90 degrees, so you need to create an app that can only allow landscape.
If you connect a mouse, it simply works on Android.

Thanks for explaining.
I will think this over and see if I can use this way of working.

Re: Server not working on Linux Ubuntu 20-04 64bits on Raspberry4 due to ARM
Don't know if I follow correctly.
You mean that an ui less executable will run as CGI?
So actually created as standalone on a Raspberry using 7.04 ? or on an x86 server?
Can you explain a bit more on how you do that?
Thanks.

Re: Server not working on Linux Ubuntu 20-04 64bits on Raspberry4 due to ARM
You mean the HTML5 standalone actually? That's a no-go for me. Impractical.
So I really hope an ARM server version is coming soon, fingers crossed.
So for now I will stick with PHP and Javascript then.
Thanks!

I think the project is dead.
I have access to their gitlab page, but since last year there is nothing happening.
Too bad, I looked forward to it also.

Also interesting is Google's Flutter wit Dart as the main language. Claims also the be using native code on mobiles, translated in Javascript for web, and is now also supporting Windows and MacOs executables. And all for the price of...nothing. You'll need to learn Dart, Java like language. Next to ...

Re: Android Studio - Additional JDK not needed (Solution to Java is none error)
But private users don't get an exe installation program anymore. They only get openJDK zipfiles and must do installation manually and set registry by themselves. A private person can still download Oracle's JAVA jdk as an executable exe. One has to register and log-in these days. No need to do regi...

Yes, also a good ideaFourthWorld wrote: ↑Sat Feb 27, 2021 5:44 pmInstallation instructions are currently provided in the Lessons .
Apparently that's not well known, so perhaps what we need is to include a note in the package with that URL. Or maybe better, put the link next to the link people use to download the package.

This is copied from a working XAMPP on windows which I carry also on USB, copy it into httpd.conf. Open XAMPP, click on config and open httpd.conf with notepad+ or whatever. note that the part Documentroot and <Directory is already in it, but i copied it here so you can see where I added the LC part...
