Is is possible to pass data from JavaScript to livecode from webpage running in the browser within livecode ?

I am in the process of writing a CRM package in LiveCode , and finding all the features I need including using jquery menus and graphs for the dashboards and reports.

Only way I was able to do it was via this method.

If tells me if the user if connected via a 3G connection if not then they are on a active WIFI connection.
Has proved useful and reliable for a few projects.

I wasn't aware there were extra functions in the commercial version of live code, that will explain why I could not get it to work.

I also could not get this function to work ( tried on all versions up to the latest LiveCode 8.0.0 DP 14 and still no joy

No this isn't possible via livecode only way would be to use a third party app and launch it via livecode

The only way I have ever been able to get this to work is via a HTML URL link does not seem to work in email applications unless you have a webpage that does a instant redirect to your URL scheme.
