I spent 10 years making something that is technically brilliant.

Income so far = $700

Expenses so far = $700

But I'm alive and happy: and that, when push comes to shove is more important than all the money in the world.
I'm curious what it is

Re: 1 Day

How much did you invest in your marketing plan? Too little. I did an online training on how to setup such plan which also involved some investigation on how market chances could be(via that they try you'd take a startup loan which i did not wanted, i did not want to start with a depth).(But accordi...

I will fall back to the Community version and i'm exploring React JS versus Flutter/Dart, and I think the latter looks very promising and a f...

Sphere, I had to import it with use com.livecode.library.androidutils at the top. Once I did that, it started working :)

Re: In-App Review API

And check the LCB forum, one of people (yunior Portilla) has done things for Android using zxing library. I'm wai...

Re: In-App Review API

Hi,

most things you want to build in, outside the stuff and widgets that are available, you can probably get this done with LCB.
But if not done yet you have to dive into that.

Yep there are more of this kind of programming environments.
Maybe fun to start learning code.
But if this has no value, why does Labview have value, drawing lines between components. (although Labview is far more difficult)

Re: Sending USSD Codes from my LiveCode App to my Mobile Phone Carrier

you need to create a manifest file yourself and include it via the standalone settings.
Then LC should merge it with "master" manifest it creates while making the standalone

(i've not done that yet myself, but this is what i know and have read in a lesson and/or one of the releasenotes)

Re: What Users want from the next version of LiveCode

Ultrafast testing on mobile or emulator a la node.js/reactnative, make a change, see it directly. More LCB lessons, let us see how to use sdk's. Independent ads suppliers integration(mobile), i think this can be done using the sdk from Google or Amazon or whatever, and an injection in the manifest, ...

Re: Tutorial for setting up livecode to develop websites

Livecode server can be seen as an alternative for PHP or likewise, executed on the server.

HTML5 and/or javascript is mainly executed in your browser. That's why an html5 export is downloaded before it runs in your browser.
