Re: Exporting standalone

It's quite similar. Here is one of the paths that I've tried: C:/Users/quint/AppData/Local/Android/Sdk. It didn't work. It still gives me the error: "There was an error while saving the standalone application could not compile service support class". Still, don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I e...

I've been at this for days. I've been trying to export my file as a standalone. Under preferences were you find the folder path for for the Android sdk, I've tried every folder, including appdata, but I still cannot get the jdk path either. I'm screwing up somewhere. Please help me with this.

Email

Hello, I'm trying to send the user a verification email, but I don't want the user's email program to be opened to send it. How would I go about doing this? Also, it must be a 1-way email.

Option Menu

I can correctly get the current year, but need to put the previous years (up to 100) in the format below:

2018
2017
2016
2015
and so on

this data will go into the menu items of the option menu.

I don't know how to put the dates in the format above.

Re: Browser Widget

So that works. But another problem just arose when going back through my code. Basically, I have 8 URL encodes (separate URLs) for CNN 5 things you need to know today. Browser Widget

Currently, I'm using a browser widget. Is their a command in which I could execute that would allow the stack to place an object over the browser. Capture contains the full object in which I would like to display over the browser. Capture1 shows what currently is displayed.

Data Grid

Hello, data grids are the thing that I struggle with the most. I'm trying to create basically a contacts list. I've seen the LiveCode post about this. The main difference is that I will be porting in the data from an SQL database. I get how to database portion of the code works. What I don't get is ...
