Icon Sizes? Splash Screen Sizes?

Where oh where would one find these? I have a great idea! Why not put a little button next to the fields in the Standalone builder to show info about them? **Icon sizes** iPhone Hi-Res iPhone iOS Hi-Res iPhone iPhone 6 Plus iPad Hi-Res iPad iOS 7 iPad iOS7 Hi-Res iPad **Splash Screens** iPhone Hi-Re...

Help with Google Spreadsheets API

I'm putting together a new app and I want to use Google Spreadsheets as a quick and dirty datastore. Any have experience (success) updating rows of data on Google Spreadsheets?

Re: Application Path function?

Yeah, I used to do that as well. Now I have a *plethora* of standalone players-- each focused on different platforms-- which all download and 'play' the same stack. I just didn't want to go back and rebuild/test each standalone player (LAZY!) the address works fine for me. I'm using it to find the l...

Application Path function?

A few years ago I stumbled upon an application path function. I believe it was part of an undocumented native call. Anyone know what it was/is?

Filename is not it. I'm trying to call the pathname from a stack OUTSIDE the standalone. TIA.

Re: Scaling the photo from mobilePick

I suspect you'll also need to add:

set the lockloc of the templateImage to true

And, you'll want to make sure the width and height are proportion to the image before you lockloc it.

John, Try setting the formatForPrinting to true, then SAVE the stack, then close the stack, then don't mess with it again. You can then open it and print from it. It needs to be saved and closed the first time. Also, try setting the margins for the field to something very large-- like 8 or 10: set t...

Yes, you are welcome to modify revAltArchive as you like. The name conflict has zero to do with the filename of the stack. Name conflicts occur when two stacks have the same name-- even if their filenames are different. It's always a good idea to quit after you get such a message from the IDE. You c...

3D box?

Malte,

How can I create a simple 3D wireframe box using Animation Engine?

I just want a bit of stub code, which I can figure out from there. A future tutorial on how to do this would be most helpful.
