Re: Save parameters

See the Demo Stack I attached at the following topic.
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=33338
Maybe this is what you can use?
You would still have to set your setting when opening the Stack or Card.

Does Weka provide a command line interface? If so you could get started with that today using LC's shell function.
Weka does have a command-line interface and my plan is to make use of this. Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: Livecode for AI?

There are many neural net packages available, many of them interfaceable from LC. Which one are you using? Does anybody have a LC example where an external (preferable local installable on Windows) AI package is used? I am going to try and use Weka for this but if any of you have some examples or b...

do not open the message box, this really slows down the whole IDE on both computers.
This is correct. I also do not use the message box because it makes everything unusable slow (Windows 10 user).

Re: Google Addmobs plugin for the livecode marketplace

I do think that LiveCode should have a few App Monetizing Services Plugins available out of the box. Especially because one of the marketing strategies of LC is 'Easy write apps for mobile devices'.

I do know that rounding errors are a fact when using this algorithm but for my purposes it is more that sufficient. Thanks for the warning!

Re: Polynomial curve fitting (Solved)

Here is the command with which one can determine the Polynomial Coefficients of a formula for curve fitting. Copy>Paste the complete code in one button and have a look at the array OutPolCo at the breakpoint. Command consists of following routines. Build a polynomial regression matrix for Xi (tXMatr...

Re: Polynomial curve fitting

I almost wracked my brain on it and it took me 2 days, but I made a working routine that calculates the Polynomial Coefficients up to a maximum of 7 degrees. :D Is anybody interested in it also for testing? I do think that LC should have some more mathematical functions available like this one, as m...

Presumably the polynomial function will "spit out" coordinates for your curve which can then
be used as the points for a graphic object.
More or less...
I will be using the polynomial function to predict the next coordinate.
