Re: Cannot post to the use-list

Hello Craig,

I checked your list subscription, it looks fine. You should be able to post. Please try again and if you still have issues please email support@livecode.com, I'll see if I can figure out the problem.

Regards,

Heather

Re: WHY?? is the forum set back to saturday 24 august?

Once again, I apologise for the glitches and any lost messages. I don't think many are actually lost, most will have caught up as the DNS got itself sorted out. But if any are lost, I apologise. This transition was not as smooth as we would have liked, despite the extensive planning and testing carr...

Re: WHY?? is the forum set back to saturday 24 august?

Dear me, its most peculiar. We are looking into it. Some of you will see this message and some will not, it seems. We'll get it sorted out I'm sure, in the meantime I do apologise for the inconvenience to whomever is able to read this message. It doesn't seem to be a Firefox/Chrome/Safari issue as s...

Re: Wrong informations about Indy edition and SFTP?

You can use sFTP in Indy, but only for blocking actions, not asynchronously. Its the asynchronous feature that requires Business.

Re: Expired licence

Just in case anyone is still wondering about this, the reason Richmond could still build is simple: we don't cut you off the day your subscription goes on hold. Re: Dedicated IP and livecodehosting

Dear Jean-Marc,

We did send you an email about your move to a new IP address yesterday. I'm not sure if you have received this? Could you check your spam filters to see if there is an email from us?

Re: The board changed?

The board is now fully up to date and running 3.2.1. It has a new theme and is mobile ready. It is https. It has fixed an issue with the digests so you are now getting them again (if you're signed up for digests). Seems like there is a small issue with the anti-spam settings which I'm currently atte...

Re: Broken links on livecode hosting page

Dear Mark P.,

If you look at the left hand navigation for your account, under "Products" do you see "Hosting"? If you do, click on this and you will see where you can set up your hosting account. If you still don't see that, please email me in support and I'll look into it for you.

Re: Broken links on livecode hosting page

Sorry for the confusion. I'm not sure where you got the original link from as that should no longer be referred to anywhere. If you could let me know where you are seeing http://livecode.com/account/products/hosting, that would be helpful! You can get hosting assistance from this form: https://livec...
