Re: Is there going to be any LC support for Xcode beyond 12.1?

Just to add to what has already been said here: you can use Xcode 12.1 right now to build for iOS. Support for Xcode 12.3 will be coming in LiveCode 9.6.3.

Re: Need help taking LC project to Web, Android, maybe Macs

Hey Richmond, I know this is kindly meant, but actually you are not permitted by the EULA for Indy to set up a build service for someone else. You are absolutely welcome to build for others using Community. If you think about it for a moment, you'll see why this must be so. If it was permissible to ...

Re: I can't activate the course

Hi Oscar, We identified an issue yesterday with the Windows download from the fulfilment email - it was linking to the older version which will not unlock with the new code. This has now been corrected, but to get the correct download for Windows, please log in to your account, here: https://livecod...

Re: RELEASE LiveCode 9.6.0 DP-3

We've had a discussion in the team regarding our Linux support, and agreed that the docs could do with a bit of an update. Most of the functionality works just fine on recent Linux distros, the reason its officially stuck back at 14.04/16.04 is because the browser widget doesn't work on later system...

Hello Craig,

I checked your list subscription, it looks fine. You should be able to post. Please try again and if you still have issues please email support@livecode.com, I'll see if I can figure out the problem.

Re: WHY?? is the forum set back to saturday 24 august?

Once again, I apologise for the glitches and any lost messages. I don't think many are actually lost, most will have caught up as the DNS got itself sorted out. But if any are lost, I apologise. This transition was not as smooth as we would have liked, despite the extensive planning and testing carr...

Dear me, its most peculiar. We are looking into it. Some of you will see this message and some will not, it seems. We'll get it sorted out I'm sure, in the meantime I do apologise for the inconvenience to whomever is able to read this message. It doesn't seem to be a Firefox/Chrome/Safari issue as s...

Re: Wrong informations about Indy edition and SFTP?

You can use sFTP in Indy, but only for blocking actions, not asynchronously. Its the asynchronous feature that requires Business.

I hope this helps,

Re: Expired licence

Just in case anyone is still wondering about this, the reason Richmond could still build is simple: we don't cut you off the day your subscription goes on hold. We give you a few days grace to rectify it and send you a few reminders. Then you lose access to Indy. Which has now happened in this case....

Re: Dedicated IP and livecodehosting

Dear Jean-Marc,

We did send you an email about your move to a new IP address yesterday. I'm not sure if you have received this? Could you check your spam filters to see if there is an email from us?

Regards,

Heather
