Is it possible with Rev Studio? How about with externals? I need to write a program that will parce an email, restructure it, and then send it as a new email.

Hi - I need an external written to allow me to access Quicktime chapter markers. I have a script now that will advance a quicktime movie to various places according to the TIME, but every time I add slides to the QT movie, the times all change and I need to re-index.
