Any ajax development tool will work. Tools that I know for a fact work, based on demos I've seen are Morfik and 4D. It's not clear though that this game development system will allow you to develop standard iphone applications.

RealBasic, Revolution, mono - I'll take the first RAD alternative that comes along. Objective C - what a dreadful old school language hack. And Apple's use of it, has protectionism written all over it.
