I'm a dentist, so I can possibly evaluate or beta test the product.

Htmx and Hyperscript
Hey everyone, I saw someone mention Htmx during the recent LiveCode conference and I found it really interesting. Hyperscript appears to share a lot in common with LiveCode Scripting language. Does anyone have any experience with using Htmx and its scripting language, Hyperscript? It would be cool i...

And to add to the confusion ... there is the Fyne framework for the Go language (yes another Google creation :-> ) I'm currently reading the book Building Cross-Platform GUI Applications with Fyne . The first chapter "A Brief History of GUI Toolkits and Cross-Platform Development" is very engaging. ...

- macOS 12.x : Xcode 12.5.x - LiveCode builds iOS apps using the iOS 14.5 SDK I'm currently running macOS 12.0.1(Monterey). I downloaded XCode 12.5 as suggested above. But it states that this version of Xcode is not compatible with macOS Monterey. Any suggestions other than running an older version...

Re: Maze Generator
I have this book on Mazes for Programmers. It's written in Ruby but the logic should be transferrable to other languages especially scripting languages like Python, Javascript ... but not sure how I would approach it in LiveCode after looking at your attempts.

Added LiveCode to list on Wikipedia
I noticed that LiveCode was missing from the list of cross-platform software which included others like Xojo, PureBasic etc... So I added LiveCode.

Re: Field hilited text color on Windows
This is indeed an issue. Hopefully it gets resolved. The garrish green background was chosen to show that it's indeed the background color showing through the text on the Win version.

Re: Android Studio - Additional JDK not needed (Solution to Java is none error)
Bernard, I wanted to give you a big THANKS as well (at least for Win 10). Mac OS has been very troublesome with the hidden folder that Android SDK is installed in (able to workaround), the fact that there are TWO JavaVirtualMachines folders in the Mac OS (see attached pic from Eclipse IDE). /Users/g...

Hey Sturgis (and Dunbar),
That did the trick ... I had to go through the motions a few times to get the order down. But I got it finally! Thanks!

Re: "Behave like a background" doesn't work
Thanks for your input Craig. I was following a beginner's tutorial, so the project is very simple with only 1 stack, 3 cards, 1 group, 2 buttons. Not a whole lot going on. The behavior appears reproducible when starting afresh. I'll try it on my Windows Desktop. Of course, I could do it 'manually' b...
