The client is going to tether his cell phone internet to others and needs the App to manage the users..so not using a router in this use case.

yes I did. Also, I noticed that when the app first loads on my phone when testing, the field shows up. When I go to a different card and then back to that page, the field is hidden for no apparent reason. Thanks, I did that. For the standard fields, that works but seems like it's not working for android native fields once deployed and tested in my android phone.
