The Copy/Paste does not work

Hello everyone,,,
Copy/Paste does not work. The exception is copy/paste inside the script editor.
I just reinstalled Windows 10 from a downloaded .iso image file which is supposed to keeps both files and applications.
LC 8.0.1 Community (Stable) just installed. The problem was inherited from 7.1.4 ...
