Re: error - application could not compile application class
I came conclusion that the OSs and SDKs have some incompatibility along the time. I had to reformat my computer to have a clean environment. It works now. The JDK path was automatic populated.

error - application could not compile application class
That's strangely. I have the same problem than some people and we haven't the solution. This is a recurrent error. I traced the guide "How do I become a Android Developer on a PC" more than once. Into preferences, I selected Mobile Support and setup "Location of Android development SDK root" to my S...

Re: Multimidia on Windows
Thanks Klaus, I didn't think to shoot you, on the contrary, I am grateful for your realistic and synthetic. I saw some discussions on this forum about this subject but no one is being critical. I like very much Livecode. I use it about a year. I am not a code boy. I am a content guy. And video is a ...

Re: Multimidia on Windows
Show the controller is the least of my problems. I see now that WMV or any format of video for Windows and their version of Windows Media Player is a recurring problem without solution here in this forum. Honestly, it's disappointing. I work with Mac but the large target audience is Windows. My publ...

Multimidia on Windows
How do I play a WMV video, on Windows 7, without Quicktime and with native Controller? Tell me how do I do this simple multimidia resource. Don't tell me that I have to go back in 1998 when I had to create my own playback controll for AVI videos on the old Windows 98 using the old Macromedia Director.

Re: Open and download PDF from app
Dave, I am using LiveCode 5, IOS 5 and XCode 4.2. I want to start from the first step. I managed to copy files from "engine" to "documents". I could write and read text files on engine. But something strange is happening. It's simple. The PDF that exists on engine I can not open in revBrowser. I tri...

Open and download PDF from app
I am new in Livecode. I want to create a simple application for iPad. Basically, I will show a list of PDF files and then the selected file will open on a RevWeb, I imagine. One file per time, one page for each PDF. The user can go back to the list to choice another file and so on. Another requisite...
