It works! Thank you! It's just what I needed. Now I can even write a script which has the path name connect automatically to the file on disk and display it in the image object. Very good. I can make the perfect display page.

I thought I replied. Hope I don't repeat myself. IT WORKS! Now I'm making a script that will automatically bring up the correct journal entry image for each day's bird records starting back in 1975. It's just what I wanted. Pretty basic. I can also view pictures on this page. Thank you all very much.

You are entirely correct. It is "answer file".
"ask" puts the same thing in "it".
But it is incorrect.
