Webinar march 26??

Post by sfitzjava » Fri Mar 20, 2009 4:34 pm

Has anyone received the information about how to register for the March 26 webinar to intro the 3.5 beta version?

Also has anyone received the notice about the 3.5beta update? I'm a Studio user (licensed in Feb 09) so I thought I was supposed to qualify for it. I'm getting very excited to learn more about it... the anticipation is overwhelming.

I got an e-mail concerning the webinar late yesterday (March 25th), but I managed to miss it because the start time stated at the top of the e-mail was incorrect.

The top of the e-mail had the information shown below (note the 3pm Eastern start time). I hurried back to my computer from an appointment, only to find that the webinar started at 2pm, and was over at 3pm.

The bottom of the e-mail, which I did not notice until now, stated the webinar time as 2:00 PM - 3:00 AM EDT, which is not exactly correct either (note the AM)...

Rev, any chance of a replay?

Thanks,

George

Actually I've not received any notification about this at all. Hmm.

It was mentioned in the RevUp newsletter dated March 13. It was in the article titled "Rev 3.5 Nears Beta Release".

The article went on to say:

Get current to get in on the action

Very shortly we'll be sending out an email with critical information:

To Enterprise and Studio users with an active software assurance plan, an invitation to the March 26 Webinar with registration details.

To Studio users with an active software assurance plan, a link to the pre-release version of the data grid.

All well and good, but the e-mail was a tad bit late in being sent, IMHO.

The mail was time stamped late yesterday afternoon, but I did not actually check my mail until this morning (which was OK, except for the incorrect start time shown in the mail, and I missed the webinar anyway).

Oh well, stuff happens, as they say...

Windows here :?

And I have a valid Enterprise licence with assurance, and no email... not spamfiltered either.

I have a valid licensee with assurance and did not get any email either (even email ahead of time to make sure I qualified) . Stuff happens, I'm sure we read about it in some future rev up article.
