Which languages can be used with LCB

Hi,
however i still to dive into it, i have a question:
Which languages can be used with LCB to create a library of an API?
Is it just Java and C? i've read that Java will not work in windows environment? or am i wrong?
Are there other languages possible C++, javascript etc ?
Maybe ( i know for sure...) it's over my head but i would to try to get a JAVA api of Tuio2 working.
