SVG Library

is it possible to edit/add to the installed Icon SVG Library?

Not at the moment. It's currently all (rather horribly) hard-coded. We do plan to make it more dynamic in future, once we have properly sorted out widget resources and file access - at that point it should be easier to make it customisable.
