Adding externals (Javascript) APIs

Hi all, I'm looking for help with the following challenge (at least for me is a challenge...)
I was asked to develop a relatively simple Android Inventory App using RFID tags. The device to be used is an RFID reader running Android 6.0 as specified here:

So far so good, the problem I'm facing is how to integrate the vendor supplied APIs (https://www.chainway.net/Support/Info/10) with my LC App.
After searching LC documentation/forum/dictionary/etc. I'm not even sure if it would be doable not to mention that I'm completely lost as where to start and therefore I would really appreciate any help on the subject.
