Hi, i tried the OS X Studio trial and created a standalone file. How comes that the button are looking like OS 9 buttons and not like the glas button I choosed in Rev? Iam using os x latest version.

I've heard of this happening before, but at the moment I can't remember
what the deal was to correct this.

I'll try to track down that info for you unless someone else beats me to it.

Hi Prior,

There is currently a problem in the standalone builder that prevents the 'theme' support from getting copied into your standalone apps.

You can fix this yourself using the following steps:
- Go to the folder where you installed Revolution (probably the Applications folder)
- Open the subfolder Runtime > MacOS X > PowerPC-32
- There you find an application called 'Standalone'
- Control-click/right-click on the file, and select the item 'Show package contents' from the contextual menu
- Inside the folder 'Contents' you'll find a folder 'PlugIns'
- Copy that subfolder
- Go to your standalone, and right-click again to show the package contents
- Open the folder 'Contents' and paste the 'PlugIns' folder there

You'll be happy to hear that this is fixed in the upcoming revision 2.7.1

As for your problem with default buttons, I'm not sure why this happens. Perhaps after copying the 'PlugIns' folder, this problem will go away.

Since this may get tedious if you're testing, follow this link to find out more about a script to automate this step for you.

Best regards,

Jan Schenkel.
