Maybe I can do that when the user closes the app
Then the phone will open the app again (maybe with a launch document)
Is there such a way?

Mobile OSes don't prove much for an app to take control away from the user for things like launching apps. What exactly are you trying to do? Can you point us to an app that does what you're describing?
