MergBanner and ad registrations numbers

I just started integrating mergBanner into my iOS app and it looks good. thanks.
I do have several questions for you.
1) Do I have to register some kind of ad key or ad registration number or something with apple to get the ads to work? Something like with in app-purchasing. This is my first time using ads in an app and I vaguely recall that just before submitting an app to the iOS store you have to verify that you don't have 3 things. I forget what they are exactly but the last one has something to do with ads and a registration key for ads. Does that make any sense. I am going to submit an update soon for an app and I will take a screenshot at that time. And secondly,
2) Do you know of any externals or ways that Livecode can handle interstitials and video ads other than using Inneractive? They never responses to any of my registrations emails. Is there an external out there that handles interstitials for android or iOS?
----------
UPDATE
I am about to submit an update to my app to the apple app store with the mergBanner ext banner ads
This is what concerns me
At the bottom of the screenshot is a request for an Advertising identifier, it reads:
The Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is a unique ID for each iOS device and is the only way to offer targeted ads. Users can choose to limit ad targeting on their iOS device.
There is also a warning in red type:
Ensure that you select the correct answer for Advertising Identifier (IDFA) usage. If your app does contain the IDFA and you select No, the binary will be permanently rejected and you will have to submit a different binary.
I'm assuming that using mergBanner doesn't require one. Anyways, I'm going ahead to submit the review and change things if I have to later. Please let me know if I need to get an IDFA when I use mergBanner.
regards
